This great little hotel has some small, clean and comfortable rooms, and is located just a walk away from some legendary Tel Aviv sites and nightlife. Great roof top porch for catching some sun and sunsets. Excellent value, especially for a boutique hotel in the heart of the Tel Aviv action!
A real gem in one of Jerusalem’s quietest neighborhoods but close enough (5 minute bus / taxi ride) to the main sites in Jerusalem. NOT a five star luxury hotel, but what it lacks in luxury it more than makes up for with great rooms, friendly staff, and a fresh, delicious breakfast. Read our full review here.
This Eilat hotel is great value for those of you looking for something non-fancy but clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the beach, but there’s always the hotel pool! There’s a great breakfast, spacious and nice rooms with free wifi, friendly staff, and free bicycles; yes, truly excellent value in a sometimes excessively expensive Eilat!
This Tel Aviv hotel is literally a step away from the magnificent beaches of Tel Aviv and has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with great, polite staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and there’s a great buffet breakfast to enjoy. Views of the beach from some balconies. Take a Suite if you need a bigger room. Free Internet and parking too.
Forget that this is on a Kibbutz, this is an awesome place to base yourself in the north of Israel. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with large, new bathrooms. Free Internet. Take a ground floor room for a view of the beautiful gardens. One of the more expensive options on this list, but we’ll still dig out the very best deal for you!
This awesome Jerusalem hotel provides great service and rooms, with friendly and helpful staff, and tasty breakfasts. Perfect central location, near the Old City, Machane Yehuda, and the Israel Museum. Free wifi in the rooms. 28 rooms and family units in a renovated, old, stone house. Strictly Kosher.
This Jerusalem guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood but with great views across Jerusalem and the Judean hills. A B&B in the “true Jerusalem” stone type of building with nice clean, cosy rooms, with a great breakfast on the outside terrace. The loft in Room 7 is highly recommended! There’s also a fully equipped kitchen.
Located just 5 minutes walk from the edge of the amazing Ramon Crater, this hotel isn’t fancy but is very clean and comfortable; the suites are large (there are 36 of them)! With a good, fresh breakfast, this hotel is a great place to base yourself in the desert! Free parking, free Internet, and yes, FREE laptops!
Actually located just a couple of kilometers outside Tiberias, this historic hotel is located on a quiet moshav (Arbel). Perfect stopover if you’re hiking the Jesus Trail. Great, clean and comfortable rooms – choose from nice private suites (with jacuzzi) or the more economic dorm. The on-site restaurant is one of the best in the region – awesome breakfast and dinner (extra cost, but worth it).
This Jerusalem hotel is in a great location on the Mount of Olives, with room balconies having great views. Excellent rooms with all amenities including free WiFi and nicely designed bathrooms. Very tasty breakfasts from chef Mohamed.
